Concept

“Reason for survival and control.” Learn field-proven rational action and tactical skills in one day. Morning covers RBT for general participants; afternoon is TCT for professionals only.

  • AM: RBT (Rational Behavior Training) — decision-making, action under duress, self-defense.
  • PM: TCT (Tactical Combat Techniques) — practical tactics, arrest/control, individual skills (pros only).

Morning｜RBT (Rational Behavior Training) (General)

Eligibility: Healthy participants aged 18–69. (Age limit due to insurance requirements.)

Afternoon｜TCT (Tactical Combat Techniques) (Pros only)

Eligibility: Law enforcement, JSDF, JCG, Fire & Rescue, Security, etc.

FSCT（Full Spectrum Combat Training） (Pros only — AM + PM)

General 18+ RBT｜Rational Behavior Training Decision-making under stress, rational action, self-defense

  • Those who want to stay calm and act rationally in emergencies
  • People seeking legally and ethically appropriate self-protection basics

Outcomes

  • Operate the OODA loop (Observe–Orient–Decide–Act) under stress
  • Detect risks early; manage distance, positioning, and safe disengagement
  • De-escalate and break contact safely from common grabs and pushes

  • Situational awareness, cognitive bias, breathing & self-control

Guidelines & Notes

  • AM is for general participants (18+). PM and Full are pros only (law enforcement, JSDF, JCG, Fire & Rescue, Security, etc.).
  • Fees: AM ¥30,000 / PM ¥30,000 / Full ¥50,000 (pros only).
    *Event-day price is ¥60,000.
  • Gear: comfortable clothing and shoes, towel, drinks. Pros may bring personal kit as long as it is safe for training.
  • For safety reasons, participants who cannot follow instructions or engage in dangerous behavior may be refused.
  • As this is held in a hot season, please take adequate heat-stroke precautions; we may refuse participation if insufficient.
  • Venue, meeting time, and detailed schedule will be provided by email later.

Q. What should I bring?

• Eye protection (goggles)
• Helmet (any type from bicycle to military)
• Durable long-sleeve top & long pants (no combat uniform required)
• Gloves (work gloves acceptable)
• Airsoft guns (1 pistol + 1 rifle)
• Gas / batteries (for airsoft)
• 1,000 bio BBs
• Other gear (holster, body armor, etc.)
*Some items may not be used depending on drills.
*Do not bring knives or any items that may violate the law.

Please show an ID that proves your affiliation (e.g., staff or service ID) or a copy (photo page) on the day.

Note from the Organizers

We are bringing combat training to Okinawa.
Trainers are Tadashi Tamura (CEO) and Kenji Nagata (Head of Training & Education) from Tamura Tactical Co., Ltd.
As professionals in crisis management, Tamura Tactical delivers top-tier training in Japan.
For nearly two decades they have trained not only the general public (teachers, financial institutions, security firms, etc.) but also professionals such as police officers, JSDF personnel, and firefighters with specialized skills programs.
They are also popular YouTubers with close to 250,000 subscribers on the “Gachitama TV” channel.

This will be Tamura Tactical’s first training in Okinawa.
