Article 1 (Scope & Consent)
- Applicants and participants (collectively, “Participants”) shall apply for and attend the Training upon consenting to these Terms.
- Matters not provided herein shall be governed by the Organizer’s policies, notices, the on-site orientation, and instructions given by instructors.
Article 2 (Nature of Training & Safety)
- The Training includes skill instruction and scenario-based drills related to crisis management and tactical movement, which may involve physical risks (e.g., bruises, falls, heat illness). Participants understand and accept these risks.
- The Organizer will take reasonable safety measures but cannot eliminate all hazards. Participants shall act with safety as their highest priority, considering their own condition, skills, and limits.
- Participants must follow instructor directions, range/training rules, pre-briefings, and any evacuation orders. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal without refund.
Article 3 (Eligibility, Age & Identification)
- In principle, 18 years or older. Minors require a guardian’s consent form.
- Persons belonging to anti-social forces, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or bringing prohibited/dangerous items or otherwise in violation of laws cannot participate.
- Participants may be asked to present identification. The Organizer may verify background and restrict attendance where necessary.
Article 4 (Health & Medical Response)
- Those with heart disease, epilepsy, severe orthopedic or respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or medical restrictions on exercise may not participate. Please declare your condition at application/on the day, and immediately report any symptoms.
- In emergencies, the Organizer may provide minimal first aid and call emergency services. Medical expenses are borne by the Participant.
Article 5 (Equipment, Prohibited Items & Legal Compliance)
- Only equipment that meets the Organizer’s standards may be used. Required: eye protection (e.g., ANSI Z87.1 impact-rated), gloves, suitable clothing, and footwear. Face/ear/head protection may be required as needed.
- Live ammunition, real firearms, exposed blades, and hazardous materials are prohibited. Airsoft guns, dummy weapons, and training knives require inspection and approval by the Organizer.
- Acts in violation of applicable Japanese laws and venue rules are prohibited (including but not limited to the Firearms and Swords Control Act, Minor Offenses Act, Road Traffic Act, and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information).
Article 6 (Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment)
- Verbal abuse, intimidation, discrimination, sexual harassment, unsafe handling, drinking, and fighting are prohibited.
- Recording is limited to what the Organizer permits. For posting images/videos in which individuals can be identified, obtain consent from the subjects.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property & Content)
- Rights to distributed materials, lectures, drill designs, videos, and related content belong to the Organizer or rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, reuse, or commercial use is prohibited.
- The Organizer may record the Training and use the footage for publicity, etc. If you have concerns about portrait rights, notify us in writing in advance.
Article 8 (Fees, Registration, Payment & Cancellation)
- Tuition, rental fees, consumables (e.g., BBs), insurance, and other charges (if any) follow the call for participants. Payment methods are as specified under the payment instructions.
- Cancellations after confirmation are subject to the refund policy below.
Refund Policy
- Up to 7 days prior to the Training date: Full refund (bank/transfer fees borne by the Participant)
- 6–3 days prior: 50% refund of the tuition
- 2 days prior / on the day: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
- No-show: No refund
- If the Organizer cancels due to weather, disasters, venue circumstances, instructor health, etc., an alternative date will be offered or a full refund will be made.
- No refund will be given for mid-session withdrawal or removal due to violations.
- Refunds are made in principle via the original payment method; transfer and related fees are borne by the Participant.
Article 9 (Disclaimer, Liability & Insurance)
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Organizer, the Organizer is not liable for damages (bodily injury, property damage, lost profits, etc.) arising in connection with participation.
- If the Participant causes damage to the Organizer or a third party due to violations or negligence, the Participant shall compensate for such damage.
- Participants are recommended to obtain personal accident insurance at their own responsibility.
Article 10 (Personal Information)
- The Organizer handles personal information lawfully and appropriately for application, operation, safety management, emergency response, insurance procedures, and publicity. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Article 11 (Termination & Suspension)
- If a Participant violates these Terms or is deemed disruptive to operations, the Organizer may refuse or suspend participation. In cases of serious violation, no refund will be made.
Article 12 (Force Majeure)
- The Organizer is not responsible for non-performance or delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, epidemics, governmental orders, power/water outages, venue accidents, transport disruptions, war, or terrorism.
Article 13 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Training or these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s location as the court of first instance.
Article 14 (No-Recording Sessions)
- In sessions designated by the Organizer as “No-Recording,” any photography, videography, or audio recording by Participants is strictly prohibited.
- If recording is discovered in a No-Recording session, data may be deleted and participation may be suspended.
Article 15 (Professionals-Only Sessions)
- Some portions of the Training are restricted to professionals (e.g., law enforcement, JSDF, security personnel).
- For professionals-only sessions, additional proof (e.g., staff ID, service ID, appointment letter) may be required.
- If qualification is insufficient, participation may be refused (refunds follow the Refund Policy above).
Article 16 (Damage to Rental Equipment)
- Participants borrowing Organizer-owned equipment (airsoft guns, protective gear, communication devices, etc.) shall exercise due care.
- For damage or loss caused by negligence beyond normal use or by willful misconduct, the Participant shall reimburse the actual cost.
- Staff will check the condition of rental items at checkout and return. Report any issues on the spot.
Article 17 (Heat-Illness Countermeasures)
- For Training conducted in hot environments (e.g., summer), Participants must carry hydration gear (water bottle, hydration pack, etc.).
- The Organizer will provide regular breaks and hydration times; however, Participants should hydrate frequently and monitor their condition on their own judgment.
- To reduce heat-illness risks, bringing a cap, cooling towel, and salt supplements is recommended. Non-compliance with instructions may result in participation limits.
