1. We collect Personal Information directly from participants through application/registration forms, inquiry forms, and payment pages provided via Stripe.
2. For safety management and emergency response, we may ask you to declare health conditions and allergies when necessary.

Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

We use collected Personal Information for the following purposes:

• Training application, reservation, and attendance management
• Tuition payment and refunds (including credit card payments via Stripe)
• Identity verification (including qualification checks for professionals-only sessions)
• Safety management, emergency contact, and insurance enrollment procedures
• Training notifications, schedule changes, and service improvement
• Creation of statistical data (only in a form that cannot identify individuals)

Article 4 (Handling of Payment Information)

1. Credit card payments are processed by the payment service provider “Stripe.”
2. We do not store card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, or other sensitive payment data on our servers; such data is processed and managed securely by Stripe.

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

1. We will not provide Personal Information to third parties without the data subject’s consent, except as required by laws and regulations.
2. However, we may provide information to insurers, venue operators, medical institutions in emergencies, and other relevant parties to the extent necessary.

Article 6 (Outsourcing)

We may outsource a portion of our operations. In such cases, we impose obligations on contractors to appropriately manage and protect Personal Information.
